How does the system work?

• Room bookings are made through a centralised system.
  
• Individual agendas can then be added to each room booking.
  
• Once the meeting is taking place the Meeting Clerk advances the 'current agenda' from inside the meeting using a 'hand-held' unit.
  
• This immediately updates the information on the screens, which are displayed within your council.

This system is user-friendly and can be adapted to suit your individual requirements. From our extensive experience of dealing with councils we understand that each has its own requirements.
