Postfield Systems is a major provider of DOO systems to the Railways. These highly specialised systems, which contribute to passenger safety, have been installed on over 200 stations in the South of England incorporating some 2,400 cameras feeding trackside pictures to almost 3,000 TV Monitors viewed by train drivers.

The complete DOO CCTV System, with the exception of cameras, lenses and monitors, has been specially designed by, and is manufactured entirely by Postfield Systems.

The system components include:-

• Vandal resistant camera housings
  
• Single/double/triple monitor housings and support frames
  
• Telescopic monitor poles
  
• Monitor junction boxes

Special Telescopic Monitor Poles are available which can support up to six monitors and housings in wind gusts of 100 mph. The poles can be raised above and lowered to station platform height via the use of a removable hydraulic ram, thus allowing safe and easy monitor installation and maintenance.
